Birth anniv. of late legendary actor Entezami commemorated

Iranian artists have commemorated the birth anniversary of Ezzatollah Entezami to honor the memory of the late legendary actor.

Entezami's family and some actors commemorated the occasion in Entezami Museum on Wednesday.

Entezami died at the age of 94 in 2018.

He was known as the “master actor” and “the honor of Iranian cinema.”

Entezami has appeared in dozens of movies, including ‘Grand Cinema’, ‘A House on Water’, ‘The Day of the Angel’ and ‘The Marsh’, that brought him several awards.

UNESCO also honored Entezami for his lifetime achievements.

In 2012, Entezami handed over his house to the Tehran Municipality to turn it into a museum.
